(HEREINAFTER “TRANSFORM”), ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (HEREINAFTER “TERMS”). USE OF AssureAI SIGNIFIES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS. Accessing AssureAI AssureAI is hosted on a Cloud Space provided by Amazon Web services and subscribed to by Transform. You will be able to access AssureAI by using your email address, that you have registered with AssureAI. Trial Subscription Transform welcomes you to enjoy the full features of AssureAI during a 14 day free Trial period in a secure enviroment within our Demo site. At the end of the trial period, the client data in your trial environment will be deleted, in order to maintain data security. If you choose to subscribe to AssureAI at the end of the trial perio, a dedicated URL will be made available to you. Using the features of AssureAI AssureAI provides an auditor with extremely useful validation and scrutiny rules that are generally used by majority of small and medium practitioners. However, we do recommend you to exercise own judgement with respect to the sufficiency of these rules for his/her client. AssureAI allows you to onboard your client into the tool and communicate seamlessly, using Issues & Document requests. The audit trail of this communication is tracked within the system for future reference. Accessing Third Party Applications Integrated with AssureAI AssureAI comes with a plugin for Tally software, that will be accessible only to a licensed owner of Tally ERP. You will be requested to provide your Tally license key at the time of registration for a Trial or subscription. In future Transform will also be integrating more Third Party Applications with AssureAI . Access and use of Third Party Applications may require acceptance of terms of service and privacy policy applicable to such Third Party Applications (hereinafter “Third Party Terms”). You are responsible for reading and understanding the Third Party Terms before accessing or using any Third Party Application. Email Policy We advocate genuine use of email. If your email bounce rate exceeds a permissible range, your account will be prevented from sending further emails. You are required to comply with the requirements of our Anti Spam Policy when you send commercial emails from AssureAI. Usage Limits for AssureAI Transform may prescribe usage limits based on the subscription plan chosen by You. You must make sure that Your usage is within the usage limits prescribed by Transform in order to avail uninterrupted service. You understand that Transform may restrict an activity if You reach the usage limit corresponding to such activity. Modification of Terms of Use Transform reserves the right to modify AssureAI Terms of Use. Modifications to the Terms of Use are effective upon Your use of AssureAI subsequent to publication of such modification.
